Sql Server String Functions Find

SQL Server Problem?

MS Access has a function called clear (RichText), eliminating the format of 'RichText. I want the same function in SQL Server. I tried to find, but I think there is no function in SQL Server that returns a string format. I'm trying to build a website Visual Studio 2005. In my Access database have a field called Content that contains the contents of web pages. This field contains the text formatting HTML tags. I want you in my field of research, no research on the label. I use plain text access to remove the formatting, but can not use this field due to the use of Visual Studio. What can I do?

SQL data is the default format, and may be formatted, when included in a user interface. Therefore, it is not necessary for the function text plane. The reason is that SQL Server is the database and the raw data, while access is a GUI interface that displays data.
