What kind of management tool for Microsoft SQL Server SQL?

Hye all! I'm new in relation to product development Microsoft. However, since I need to use it now, may I know is that you have SQL Management tool to manage Microsoft SQL Server. Before of this I'm familiar with PHP + MySQL + Apache (Linux-based environment) So if phpMyAdmin to manage MySQL database to communicate with PHP and about Microsoft SQL Server to work with ASP?
